How to Delete Your DailyStrength Account

Oliveira Holdings provides two ways to request deletion of your DailyStrength account and its associated personal data. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 1: Delete Your Account in the App

  1. Open the DailyStrength app.

  2. Sign in to the account you want to delete.

  3. Open Settings.

  4. Select Delete Account.

  5. Review the deletion notice and confirm your request.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

Email contact@oliveira-holdings.com with the subject line DailyStrength Account Deletion Request. Send the request from the email address associated with your DailyStrength account and include a clear statement that you want the account deleted.

We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing an email request. Do not send your password or other sensitive authentication information by email.

What Will Be Deleted

When your verified deletion request is completed, Oliveira Holdings will delete or anonymize:

  • your DailyStrength account;

  • your name and email address associated with the account;

  • account authentication and profile information; and

  • other personal data associated with the account that Oliveira Holdings controls.

Information Stored on Your Device

Exercise activity and photos used by DailyStrength are stored locally on your device. You can remove locally stored data by deleting it within the app, clearing DailyStrength's app storage in your device settings, or uninstalling the app.

Important: Uninstalling DailyStrength does not by itself delete your DailyStrength account. Use one of the account-deletion methods above if you also want the account and associated server-side personal data deleted.

Limited Retention

We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, or compliance with legal or regulatory obligations. Any retained information will be kept only for the applicable purpose and retention period, then deleted or anonymized.
